Brandon adjusted his schedule to meet with us, and he was incredibly knowledgeable!! After only looking at 1 other option we will absolutely be coming back when we're ready. Homes were all presentable, and wonderful to walk through. Hands down the best option in the area. Others don't even seem worth looking at after our experience looking at these .

Jennifer Reyes, I highly recommend her and the company she represents. Being a single woman in my 70s, I had concerns. Due to the distance, not being able to see what I was purchasing. She was my eyes and guided me through the whole process from start to finish. With FaceTime we took a tour together through the models explaining and educating me along the way. When it came down to picking out cabinets, flooring and colors she was spot on. She took the time to get to know me and my taste. Together with her knowledge and expertise of the products she put together a home of ambience warmth and beauty inside and out for me to live out the rest of my life.I also found the pricing to be fair definitely value for the money. The product quality is consistently outstanding exceeding my expectations.Jennifer also helped me with transportation. She connected me with Corona Farms Transport. Harry and his crew were very professional in delivering and setting up my retirement home.Thank you, Jennifer for making this an effortless and stress-free transition.🏡♥️

We love our Dutchman Park model! RV Park Model produces a great product, the wait time can be approximate, so if your in a hurry and expect it to arrive exactly on time then I suggest you choose a lesser quality company that might or might not get it there on time but I can assure you no other company will stand behind their work like RV Park Model, they are worth the wait. 5 Stars for Quality, Communication and Support!

Five star rating for Michelle Freeman, our sales rep. She was awesome from our first phone call and still continues to assist us as we are working through our punchlist and getting settled into our new Park model home. Uncertain of the star rating at this point for the factory. We are finding multiple issues in the manufacture of our Park model, both big and small issues. At this point, we are certainly questioning the quality of the construction and products installed into our Park model for the price that we have paid especially for multiple upgrades. We will see how the factory settles with us by resolving issues and I will update my review after that time.Update: still working through some “fixes” in our Park model. But at this point, they have been working with us. We have been away so it is our fault that it is taking so long. That’s okay with us. It’s the end result that counts because it is our home. Tracie Turner has been great (and Michelle still continues to be there for us) in making sure it gets done and that we are happy. We like our home and if Factory Expo accomplishes the “fixes”, we will love our “Tall Tiny House”!!Will update again after November.

If you are in the market for a Park Model home, either for seasonal use or depending on where you live, full time occupancy, look no further than Park Models Direct and Justyn Hebrock, my sales representative, that has been helping me navigate all the decisions that have to be made in the purchase. Not only is he knowledgeable about all facets of the units themselves, he has direct communication with the factories in Indiana, can help with the transportation and set-up at the final destination. This is a large one time purchase for me and he has made a lot of decisions much easier. Oh, and you won't find anyone that communicates better and on a timely basis.

From start to finish, Michelle with Factory Expo has been fantastic. We live in Colorado and need a sturdy home that can withstand the elements. Michelle answered questions every day of the week and helped us choose additional upgrades to ensure we got what we needed. We visited the homes on-site and chose from a variety of aesthetic options to create a unique look. The turnaround time is even shorter than we anticipated, and we will receive the home ahead of schedule. We have not received the home yet, but will post an update when we do.

We are in the preliminary stages of considering a park model home. Brad was very nice and helpful without any pressure. They have several models on the lot but only a few loft models (what we want) but nothing configured exactly the way we want it (to be understood). Our questions were answered. We felt treated well and comfortable enough to go back when we get deeper in the process.

Jennifer Reyes is amazing from beginning to the end. Very patient and friendly, helped me with finding a financial institution to work with me to get financing done. Then helping me pick out the right model for me. Very professional and experienced. Highly recommend her and the company. When it came to delivery the company Corona farm transport Harry and his crew are fantastic I would recommend them anytime .Very professional with delivery time it was delivered exactly on time and date . Harry's crew Jose the installers are wonderful, experienced in setting up my park model in a timely manner. Worked very clean and organized. We found the entire experience with RVPMT a pleasant one from the minute we drove on the lot, to the delivery and setup of our park model. The entire staff of Mike (salesman), Scott (delivery driver) and setup crew along with the other staff members was helpful, knowledgeable of their product and always eager to assist us with our million questions! Phone messages were answered promptly and great customer service continues 3 weeks after delivery! We highly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a quality, comfortable park model!!!

This was a very cool experience. From getting a tour of the factory, picking out a Park Model, selecting different options, all the way to choosing the siding and shingles color! Justyn did an amazing job at helping me. She was patient, and super informative. I highly recommend anybody interested in a Park Model to check this place out and ask for Justyn!

Our experience with Mike Reeb was fantastic from start to finish. The entire process of finding the right model, buying it and then delivering it to our location 4 hours away went very smooth. It was delivered one day and the next day a setup crew came in and had it hooked up and ready to live in. A couple days later the furnace and AC crew came in and finished. Everyone was very professional, polite and worked very quickly. We are also very happy with the home we picked out. We would recommend RV Park Model Traders to anyone.

Met with Kathy Hornberger, after coordinating a visit to view the Park Model that was available to view. She was awesome! Very knowledgeable and courteous. This place is awesome! Travis Wilson showed me a number of homes and different floor plans that they offer. They have many homes for you to look at right on the lot. My favorite was the model that looks like a cabin on the inside with a loft. If you are looking for a park model ( tiny home) this is definitely the place to get one. Go see them and ask for Travis. He will help you find the right home for you!

From Start to Finish top notch professional effortless service. My husband and I are located in northern California. My husband had been researching tiny homes for well over a year, every time being told by various companies that due to Covid a wait time of 6 months plus had to be factored in. Then, my husband came upon RV Park Model Traders, telephoned them as they have a number of completed tiny homes on their lot, one of which we liked. Danielle became our contact person and couldn't have been more professional, "on it" accommodating and genuinely nice. We picked out a mutually agreeable delivery week, and with the trucking company they work with, it was delivered per scheduled day. The trucking company was amazing as well. We were kept informed on a continuum from start to finish. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the purchase from RV Park Model Traders, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

(I have not received my Park Model yet so this review may be updated after it's delivered) I haven't written a G-review before, but the effort and expertise of the person helping me select a home was so excellent I felt she deserved extra credit. I assumed this process might be like buying a car (ugh), but Laura A.'s knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail, and customer service skills were just exceptional. She made a complicated decision (all the features) as transparent and sensible as possible, giving me the confidence to purchase the home on the day I visited the model. She has continued to track and advance my order details with the factory in a highly professional way. A skilled employee like Laura makes her company look good; I have referred someone else who is looking for two similar homes to her and Park Models Direct.

I'm very happy with my park model home. Being a handyman for the last 50+ years, I thoroughly inspected the electrical, plumbing and construction. All were good quality and installed or constructed professionally. Top notch. Jennifer Reyes was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend a Factory Expo Park Model.

Factory Expo Park Models really hits all the marks! They have an excellent product, the workmanship shows in the quality of the several models they had available to walk through. The models felt roomy and airy and we could feel the time and effort that was invested into the design of these park-ready models. The manager of sales, Jeff, was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to sit with us and answer any questions we had honestly and with nuanced explanations. Anyone interested in this type of accommodation should go visit Jeff!

Just returned from a trip to Weiser, ID to visit Factory Expo to purchase a new Park Model. It was a great trip. On my arrival I met with Tim Nicholls and we looked at several Park Models on their lot. Then we took a tour of the factory where the Park Model will be built. Then Tim and I went over the long list of options and upgrades that should make my new trailer a great place. Tim was very helpful and pointed out several ways to get the most "bang for my buck" in the purchase negotiations. If you are going to purchase a Park Model in the service area served by Factory Expo Park Models, I suggest you visit their office in Weiser and talk to Tim.

The Athens Park Model team has truly provided us with outstanding service. This place is awesome. They build mobile homes and park models so they're cheaper than going to a retail store. The park models are delightful and they deliver for free within 100 miles.

Being in the retail business for a major manufacturer, I know how important it is for retailer to have the support of a manufacturer in order to take care of a customer satisfactorily. the communication between the retailer Rockwall Resort Cottages and Athens Park Homes has been just that! thank you to the service department at both businesses for getting our issue taken care of quickly! I am thankful it was a simple that your trained tech identified and rectified quickly. The service was above and beyond! I would highly recommend this business.

The buying process was excellent. I was able to complete the process remotely and get what I wanted. The delivery was late due to circumstances beyond Athens’ control. Once notified of the delivery problems, the sales manager did everything possible to rectify the problem. Once the park model was inventoried, two issues were noted that required service. Several service request over the past two months were made. Due to the nature of the service and the extended area that has to be covered, service response was a wait. Once a service representative was sent out, he was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He arrived on time, did not make a mess and solved the problems.
